MAISON ET OBJET, closer to you than ever

The January 2016 session of MAISON&OBJET PARIS has concluded on a positive note. 
Despite the November events in Paris and a still difficult economic climate, the international community for design and the home was indeed on hand. This is proof that MAISON&OBJET is now more than ever the platform for discussions and business essential to all professionals working in the Home and Design industries. The energy was palpable: throughout the show inspiring, exciting new finds were signs of the vitality of a sector that knows how important it is to cultivate healthy competition. We had good feedback from our newest products pushing us to continue to innovate and work harder.

Increase in exhibitors and visitors boosts Heimtextil

Heimtextil has finished with a clear increase in the number of exhibitors and visitors. Over 69,000 trade visitors (2015: 67,861) and 2,866 exhibitors (2015: 2,723) from across the world travelled to Frankfurt to start the economically promising 2016 business and trade fair year together. Detlef Braun, CEO of Messe Frankfurt, was visibly satisified with the outcome: ‘The world of textile interior design came to Frankfurt and the increase in exhibitors and visitors alike speaks for itself. The positive economic indicators also boosted discussions between suppliers and purchasers. Heimtextil has thus impressively consolidated its position as the top global meeting place for the industry’. Our first experience in Frankfurt was quite positive, and we are looking forward for the next edition.
